Education and Training
We are always interested in giving our employees the opportunity to actively develop themselves by providing them with training and further education. We finance this (depending on the activity) e.g. a driver's licence.
As part of our annual summer party and the Christmas party we celebrate our successes together. We may also attend sporting events together, such as a football match.
Due to the difficulties that come with shift work, we have come up with our own health measures for our shift workers, which should make working these shifts a little easier.
On certain occasions our employees receive a little something – e.g. birthday, Christmas, child births, work anniversaries!

Snack vending machines at our locations ensure a supply of drinks and snacks around the clock, which we contribute financially to.
Employees who recruit a new team member receive a referral bonus (please ask for more details in the Human Resources Department). Our employees also receive voluntary anniversary bonuses, depending on the duration of their employment.
